Ruben Zadkovich leads team into 20th campaign with fresh appointments

Brisbane Roar has revealed its coaching staff for the upcoming 2024/25 Isuzu UTE A-League season, with Head Coach Ruben Zadkovich at the helm. As the club embarks on its 20th season, Zadkovich’s leadership team is packed with experience and strategic depth, designed to elevate Brisbane Roar to new heights of success.

Zadkovich, alongside Assistant Coach and former Socceroo Chris Coyne, has secured a two-year extension, continuing their partnership that led the team to notable victories over Melbourne City, Melbourne Victory, and Western Sydney Wanderers last season. Their renewed commitment signals the club’s intent to push for even greater achievements.

This offseason, the pair has orchestrated a roster overhaul, bringing in 11 new players to strengthen the squad, a clear indication of their vision for a rejuvenated and competitive campaign.

Key Staff Appointments:

•   Prashim Bhandari: Retained as Head Analyst, following his success with Zadkovich and Coyne at Perth Glory.
•   Jasraj Sidhu: Returns as Head of Rehabilitation and Reconditioning, bringing valuable experience from his tenure in Western Australia.
•   Dale Hill: Promoted to Head Goalkeeping Coach for the A-League Men’s side, transitioning from his role in the Roar’s Women’s program.
